Fun Time Lapse
I was kicking around online looking for some good examples of some time lapse video, and stumbled upon this one of hot air balloons. The balloons, usually moving quite slow, come to life in a time lapse, but it has to be 00:32 to 00:42 which really pointed this out to me. Rest in peace mighty eagle.
The Superest – Who is the superest hero of them all?
Having seen the dg post on the Daily Monster , it jogged my memory to catch up on The Superest . In their own words, every few days Kevin Cornell, and Matthew Sutter, play the following game:

People have been bugging me about getting some images of my Rubik’s cube creations. So to avoid this blog filling up with Rubik upon Rubik, I have created Project Rubixel. A combination of pixelisation and Rubik’s cube turning, which earned the term “a rubixelisation” or simply “a rubixel”. As a teaser, here are the Street Fighter II boys, all 700 Rubik’s cubes in full glory.

I headed out last night to the Underground Film Festival. Re:Animation was 2 hours of short animations from artists world wide, ranging from sketches, to cartoons, stop motion, to full CGI productions. It felt like two hour flash back to eat carpet.
There were many highlights, from entertaining, to simply purplexing, but for me the biggest highlight was MUTO. MUTO is one of the best street art creations I have seen. Thanks to the guys at blublu for putting it online. View the video below. More information can be found here.
Rubik’s Cube Mario
This was something I have wanted to do for a long long time. After stumbling on some bulk Rubik’s cube clones, I took the plunge.

But that was not the end. The reaction from the people who have seen it has been nothing short of remarkable. I now have 7 more on backorder which I will start making as soon as I get the 245 Rubik’s cubes to make it.
