PS3 Video Service for 2008! Just not for PAL…

The PS3 Video Service is to be launched in 2008, worldwide.  But if you are in a PAL region, you are going to have to wait until 2009.  With a video download service being a lure for Blue-Ray seekers, a delay of 12 months is going to push more of the market to competing services, or torrents.
